The hotel only accommodates dogs with a valid vaccination, which the dog owner must prove by presenting a vaccination card. Furthermore, the dog must be free of external and internal parasites. The dog also can not be smelly or dirty, so we recommend that you bathe him before arrival and wash the things that you bring with him.
Please keep in mind that dogs may get dirty or tangled during activities and games. As we keep the hotel clean, we wash the dogs' paws if needed before going to the rooms. It is therefore necessary to be able to manipulate the dog in this way.
If you stay for more than 7 days, we will wash your dog for free before leaving home, which, however, does not include combing or other hair treatment.
Before the first stay of your dog in the hotel, we recommend a personal visit, which should be arranged in advance. To assess how the dog manages the stay, we recommend taking the stay for a test (2 days with an overnight stay).
For medium and large breeds, we will require a personal visit and stay for the test as a condition for accommodation of your dog.
Our fully preferred dogs are fully socialized dogs, ie. that the dog is not too shy towards people and has no problem in the group of other dogs of both sexes and any size. In case of display of dangerous or conflicting behavior, the dog will be excluded from the group of other dogs and will go out independently. For dogs who go out independently, the time they spend outside is limited, we prefer a group of dogs.
Dogs of bull, rottweiler, doberman, german shepherd, boxer, mastiff, cane corso and similar breeds will be in the group of other dogs with a muzzle or they will go out independently. The muzzle must be firm and the dog must not take it off himself.
For dogs who have not learned 100% hygiene, are used to it from home, or have some restrictions for health reasons, it is necessary to pack a sufficient amount of baby suction pads.
We offer dog hotel services, it is not individual babysitting. There are several accommodated dogs with us and we have to pay attention to everyone. It is therefore not possible for the dog to force attention or contact, eg by barking or growling.
Our hotel is not a correctional facility, we do not offer education, re-education or training, we do not have the space and time for it. The dog must be able to stay in the hotel. If your dog has educational problems that prevent him from staying in the hotel, please contact another type of facility.
A dog in our hotel cannot be accommodated if:
- shows aggressive behavior towards people,
- marks in the room on furniture or walls,
- bites, scratches or otherwise destroys hotel doors, walls or equipment,
- is too afraid of people.
How is everything going?
Before the first stay, we recommend visiting our hotel with your dog (please make an appointment by phone or email in advance). We can combine this first visit with a test stay.
During the first stay we will with you as a new customer write a registration form with your data (name, residence, contact) and sign a contract. It is therefore necessary to bring proof of identity (identity card or passport).
During each stay we will write out a document, which contains information about accommodation.
Payment for accommodation is paid in advance by transfer to our account. Extension of stay is possible by agreement, the balance payment is also paid by transfer no later than the day after picking up the dog.
Please note that the reservation is only valid after payment.
In case of cancellation, we charge cancellation fees:
21 and more days before the start of accommodation - no cancellation fee,
15 - 20 days before the start of accommodation - 50% of the price,
6 - 14 days before the start of accommodation - 80% of the price,
5 or less days before the start of accommodation - 100% of the price.
In addition to the vaccination card and feeding, you can pack your dog's favorite toy, bed or blanket.
